1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact us at support@mydeerghayush.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return and refund policy will apply.
2. Automatic Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:
- Payment failure or pending payment status
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Item no longer available or out of stock
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Order was cancelled before dispatch
- Product was damaged or expired on arrival
- Incorrect or missing items delivered
- Product is not delivered due to our courier’s error
All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, supported with order ID and photo/video evidence where applicable.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is verified and approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Orders cancelled after dispatch
- Minor packaging defects that do not affect product quality
