1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders across India. For any requests outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹499
- Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49 for orders below ₹499
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s status in real-time.
5. Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately.
6. Undelivered Orders
If our delivery partner is unable to deliver the product due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
