At MyDeerghayush<\/strong>, we strive to provide you with a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policies carefully before making a purchase.<\/p>

1. Order Cancellation<\/h4>

You may cancel your order within 12 hours<\/strong> of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.<\/p>

To cancel an order, please contact us at support@mydeerghayush.com\u00a0<\/strong>with your order number and reason for cancellation.<\/p>

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return and refund policy will apply.<\/p>

2. Automatic Cancellation<\/h4>

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:<\/p>

  • Payment failure or pending payment status<\/li>
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details<\/li>
  • Suspected fraudulent activity<\/li>
  • Item no longer available or out of stock<\/li><\/ul>

    3. Refund Eligibility<\/h4>

    Refunds are issued only in the following cases:<\/p>

    • Order was cancelled before dispatch<\/li>
    • Product was damaged or expired on arrival<\/li>
    • Incorrect or missing items delivered<\/li>
    • Product is not delivered due to our courier\u2019s error<\/li><\/ul>

      All refund requests must be made within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery, supported with order ID and photo\/video evidence where applicable.<\/p>

      4. Refund Process<\/h4>

      Once your refund request is verified and approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7\u201310 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>

      • Opened, used, or tampered products<\/li>
      • Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery<\/li>
      • Orders cancelled after dispatch<\/li>
